Founded in 1784, this is a long-established funazushi restaurant. The funazushi is fermented and aged slowly over two winters. It is a proud dish with a rich sourness and umami flavor from lactic acid fermentation. At the Makino Station branch, you can also eat "Funazushi Chazuke" in the restaurant.
