"Chi-an" is an old-style house cafe located on the grounds of the "Nosutaru-ji" lodging house. It is a nostalgic space run by a Japanese and Taiwanese couple. The signature dish is Taiwanese home cooking. Of course, you can also just have a coffee. The pineapple pie and Taiwanese castella cake are also recommended. Reservations are required.
