Tourist product display and direct sales shop Takashima Marugoto Department Store
This tourist product exhibition and direct sales store opened in 1 on the 2014st floor of the Takashima City Tourist Products Plaza on the west side of JR Shin-Asahi Station. We carry a wide selection of specialty products representative of Takashima City, including food, local sake, crafts, and textile products. Since the National Fermented Food Summit in 2013, we have a wide range of products such as fermented foods, which have been attracting attention, clothing made by Takashima Chijimi, whose quality has been known nationwide during the Cool Biz movement, and bags made from Takashima canvas. We also serve as a tourist information desk, and will respond to your inquiries with care, living up to our name as a ``department store,'' providing both tourist and local product information for Takashima City.
