The Katsuno district of Takashima City is an old castle town with an atmosphere of the past. The main gate of the Jinya and samurai residences still remain to this day. In one corner of the area, a 150-year-old merchant's house that once operated as an oil business has been hand-renovated by volunteers from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and reborn as "Villege." Currently, buildings 1 to 8 are housed here. After strolling around and reminiscing about history, you can enjoy a meal, an experience, or shopping.
