There is a gazebo called "Tsubaki no Ya" at the entrance to the approach to Mt. Amida in the Taisanji community in Azumigawa Town. Starting from there, there are many things to see, such as the stone Buddha under the pine trees, the remains of Taisanji Castle, Mt. Amida, and many plants and birds. The view of Lake Biwa from the top of Mt. Amida is simply amazing. Enjoy hiking while imagining a castle from the Warring States period.
