Regarding use of photos

Akasakayama is a beautiful mountain with an altitude of 823.8m located on the border between Shiga and Fukui prefectures in Makino Town at the northwestern end of Lake Biwa. The ridgeline of 700-900m above sea level that connects Mikuniyama to the north to Norikuradake to the east, and Otaniyama to Miedake in the south, are watershed mountains, and you can see beautiful nature in the surrounding area in all seasons. Myo-no-Hakama is a granite scree field that looks white from the foot of the mountain, and in some places the sand has been washed away and huge rocks protrude, presenting a desolate and strange sight. From the summit, you can enjoy a 360-degree view of Lake Biwa. There are also well-maintained walking trails, and you can enjoy beautiful flowers, making this a mountain that is loved by many climbers. After descending the mountain, you can relax and soothe your fatigue at Shiratani Onsen or Makino Kogen Onsen "Sarasa". It has been designated as one of the "XNUMX Famous Flower Mountains Climbing Guide" and "XNUMX Famous Kansai Mountains" by Yama-to-Keikoku-sha Publishing.
